I made 17 jars of tomato juice today & 17 jars of tomato sauce. In the picture are some jars of pasta/spaghetti sauce I made a couple of days ago.Tomorrow I've got a bushel of tomatoes & peppers waiting to be made into chunky salsa. Whew...
